Grants

We have started the process of applying for Government and local grants for the major works which have been designed by highly respected Heritage Architect, Eric Martin AM & Associates.

Grants Received

NSW Government’s 2022/23 Creative Capital fund - Minor Works and Equipment Projects $250,000 to purchase and install audio-visual equipment for showing movies.
Yass Valley Council’s 2022/23 Local Heritage Grants Program $3,350 to restore the iconic Liberty sign.

Letters of Support

Over the years we have been building up a group of supporters who would like to use the Theatre for film reviews, premieres and location shoots, and NIDA has expressed an interest in rehearsals and training. Our aim is to provide many opportunities for people to explore the Arts with the Theatre being used nearly every week of the year for an event or two.
